The creative profile ensures that we understand your business and your vision. This helps our designers develop concepts that appeal to you in terms of style, color, and overall feel. 

We have created a Creative Profile Form to make it convienent for you any time day or night. If you're too rushed for time, or don't like to type - - give us a call. We are more than happy to discuss your project over the phone.

Within 5 business days, you can view and comment on 3 initial design concepts. All other graphic design is scheduled per individual quote. Your concepts will be posted in the Project Portal under your customer account.

After we have setup your Project Portal login information, you will receive an email with the Project Portal link, user name, and password.

Once logged in, you will have options on how to post comments about the concept design you like the best. Remember… these are concepts and you will be able to guide the revisions so that you get the perfect design.

When you pick your initial concept we will ask you to complete a revision form. This will enable you to explain the changes you would like to see to your design. If you’re having a hard time explaining your thoughts, you can contact us for assistance.

Revisions will be available in just 3 business days. By choosing Red Haus Media, you can rest easy. We provide unlimited revisions to ensure that you get your logo exactly how you want it. Guaranteed.

Once your design is finalized, it will be available for immediate download. Within 14 business days, you will receive a CD in the mail with all the files you need. Keep in mind Red Haus Media can satisfy all your printing needs including business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and promotional products.
