Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services and the website operated by RedHaus Media Group (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Payment

Appointments are booked through Calendly. Full payment is due on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. No cancellation fees currently apply, but this may change.

3. Media Delivery

• Photos: 2–3 business days
• Videos: 5–7 business days

Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

You receive full ownership of all delivered media. Press/editorial use must credit RedHaus Media Group. Third-party commercial use requires written permission.

5. Refund Policy

Most services are non-refundable. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for undelivered or unsatisfactory service.

6. Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to use content we produce for promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is provided before the shoot.

7. Property Access

You confirm you have authority to provide access to the property and that proper notice has been given to any tenants.

8. Content Liability

You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
